REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
Political IQ will terminate accounts that have been the subject of three (3) separate DMCA takedown notices. In the event your Content is removed due to a DMCA notice and is then subsequently restored due to the filing of a DMCA counter-notification, Political IQ will treat the underlying DMCA notice as withdrawn. Political IQ reserves the right to terminate accounts that are the subject of fewer than three (3) DMCA notices in appropriate circumstances, such as where there is a history of violating or willfully disregarding Political IQ’s Terms of Service.
